Operational Wellbeing is a strategic session that helps senior leaders identify where energy, time, and focus are being drained by duplication, bottlenecks, or misaligned priorities, and contributing to poor performance and burnout.
Using the Whole Brain Thinking® framework, participants diagnose their current state of play, explore where inefficiency is costing performance, identify opportunities to simplify, and design smarter ways of working.
