RESET & THRIVE

Practical Wellbeing in the Workplace

An interactive workshop suitable for all team members, which focuses on each individuals ownership of their own wellbeing.


When stress goes unmanaged, it affects health, engagement, and productivity. 

Reset & Thrive is designed to equip your team with real-world, practical tools to help manage stress, sustain energy, and build resilience.  Your team will walk away from the session with strategies they can apply immediately to reset their state, perform at their best, and still have energy left when they go home.

  

In this module, we cover:

  • Understanding stress, the nervous system, and learning how to reset quickly.
  • Breathing practices to regulate mind and body in real time. 
  • Energy management and how micro-resets maintain focus and performance.
  • The social buffering effect, and how connection reduces stress and      protects wellbeing.
  • Reframing stress: how shifting language can help break the stress loop.
  • Why sleep is the ultimate performance tool, plus simple evidence-based strategies to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.


Key Outcomes:

By the end of the module, your team will

  • Develop personal ownership of wellbeing - recognising that while workplaces can both influence and support wellbeing, each individual also has the ability and responsibility to do the same.
  • Learn simple, evidence-based tools to use as recovery practises for overall wellbeing and sustained performance.
  • Build greater self-awareness around personal stress symptoms, triggers, and recovery needs.
  • Discover how to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure moments and demanding environments. 


Duration: 3 hours.
